About Me

Sometimes, when our thoughts seem too loud, our feelings too powerful, we need to stop and pay attention. It's true – we see life not as it really is but as we are.

It may be that you are struggling with anxiety or depression, feel stuck in the past or fearful of an unknown future. Perhaps you feel something is keeping you from engaging more fully with life and those you love. Maybe you just don’t quite feel yourself.

I am a qualified psychotherapeutic counsellor - and member of both the BACP and UKCP - with experience supporting people through a wide range of issues. Together we can explore what's weighing you down - the thoughts, feelings and behavioural patterns that might be interfering with your work, relationships and sense of well-being.

As we connect and get to know each other, as trust and confidence build, the very act of sharing your experiences can feel like a huge relief. Working at your own pace, we will gently explore what is happening and what meaning can be made from it, so that, when the time feels right, you can move forward with greater awareness, confidence, and self-compassion.

My Specialisms

I particularly love working with clients navigating life transitions. Whether you're facing a major life change, questioning your direction, or finding yourself in unfamiliar territory, transition periods can feel disorienting and uncertain. These moments—like becoming a parent, relationship changes, career shifts, loss, or simply feeling that something needs to change but you're unsure what—often surface deeper questions about who you are and what matters to you. I'm skilled at supporting you through uncertainty toward greater clarity and authenticity.
