As a humanistic therapist I'm trained to use different approaches and tools based on you and your needs. Prior to becoming a counsellor I worked in publishing for over 20 years across digital and print media. The experience of managing large teams gave me insight into how individuals interact and the patterns that emerge among groups. Throughout my publishing career I wrote many interviews and profiles of people, trying to understand the significance of their life stories, and this continues in my counselling work today.
