About Me

Hi, I’m Camilla, a BACP registered psychotherapist based in London. I’m passionate about creating a space where people can genuinely pause, reflect, and explore their thoughts and emotions. I’m also committed to making therapy accessible to everyone and helping people from all backgrounds discover the insight, clarity, and empowerment that therapeutic work can offer.

My Specialisms

While I work with a wide range of concerns, my focus is on helping people who are low, lost, or stuck, often with feelings of depression and the difficulties that can come with it. Whatever you're carrying, therapy offers a space to begin making sense of it all.
