Dee Mehra

I'm Dee Mehra, a qualified Transactional Analysis (TA) Psychotherapeutic Counsellor registered with BACP and based in West London. I hold an Advanced certificate in relationship, couples, sex and sexuality training (2025) and am in the final stages of a Master's level (MSc) Advanced Psychotherapy training at Metanoia Institute, London.

I offer a safe, accepting environment where clients can freely explore all aspects of themselves without fear of judgment. Whether you’re facing anxiety, relationship challenges, trauma, or simply feeling stuck, I provide a confidential and supportive space where you can be heard and feel empowered to grow.

As a relational therapist, I adopt a collaborative approach that emphasises the development of more authentic and reciprocal relationships with others. A TA perspective allows us to explore how past experiences shape who you are today, often without realising it. TA provides various tools to understand and address difficult patterns in thoughts, emotions, and behaviours.
