About Me

I am a qualified Humanistic Psychotherapeutic Counsellor and member of the BACP.

I offer a warm and supportive space for clients to explore and make sense of their relationships, thoughts and feelings. Using a range of skills and approaches and adapting this to the individual client, I tap into their inner strengths, empowering them to make choices that reflect who they are and what they want for themselves. I am committed to anti-oppressive practice, ensuring a safe and respectful space.

My Specialisms

I work with clients experiencing a range of issues including trauma, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem and relationship difficulties.

With 20 years of experiencing working in education and specialist education. I have a strong knowledge of child development, attachment and neurodivergence and have an interest in these areas.
