I’ve been working in the field of hypnotherapy and personal development for over twenty-five years, with a long-standing interest in the connection between the unconscious mind, emotional patterns and the nervous system.
I originally trained in clinical hypnotherapy at the European College of Hypnotherapy, and over the years my work has evolved into a more integrative, depth-focused approach. My sessions combine hypnotherapy with emotional exploration, regression-style work, somatic awareness and parts work, depending on the individual and what feels most useful in the moment.
My style is warm, intuitive and grounded. I’m less interested in quick-fix scripts or surface-level motivation, and more interested in helping people understand the deeper patterns driving how they feel, react and relate. Sessions are collaborative rather than clinical, with space for curiosity, insight and meaningful change.
Alongside one-to-one client work, I’ve spent many years studying mindset, emotional healing, behaviour patterns and the ways past experiences continue to shape present-day life. I continue to deepen my training through breathwork and related therapeutic approaches.
I work from Ealing and online.
