Esther’s practice space is a warm, safe, and non-judgmental environment where clients are encouraged to explore difficult emotions and challenging life experiences. She recognizes that starting therapy can feel intimidating, and therefore, she creates a welcoming and understanding atmosphere to help clients feel at ease.

Her approach is person-centred, with a strong emphasis on using Transactional Analysis tools to help clients navigate life’s challenges, overcome psychological difficulties, and work through past trauma and setbacks. Esther aims to empower her clients to live their lives to the fullest, overcoming obstacles and rediscovering their potential.
