Welcome! I'm Hannah and I'm a neurodivergent counsellor working with individuals in London and online.
Are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, lost or isolated? You don't have to face challenges alone. I understand that everyone has their own individual problems and circumstances. As a dyslexic and dyspraxic person with ADHD, I know what it can be like to feel different and I'm here to really 'get' you. Our sessions are compassionate, judgment-free, neuro-affirming and at your own pace, so you can be yourself.
I work in a relaxed, confidential way to help you understand yourself better and find a way forward. Whether facing specific issues or seeking personal development, I can help you find your voice, make sense of your feelings and find your own solutions that bring you closer to where you want to be. I see our working relationship as a partnership and a journey we take together through your challenges towards a more fulfilling life. I practice person-centred therapy, believing in everyone's potential to grow and change. Together, we'll help you live in a way that feels true to you.
I provide open-ended or short-term support. There is no time limit to how many sessions you can have, nor any sense that you are committing to months of therapy. We can agree to a certain number of sessions or keep things open-ended – it's up to you.
I am committed to providing an anti-discriminatory, neurodivergence-affirming and LGBTI+ welcoming service.
FREE INITIAL CONSULTATION
I offer a free 15-minute, no-obligation chat. Get in touch if you'd like to explore what you want from therapy, ask any questions and see if we are a good fit. We can also talk about any accommodations to make sessions accessible to you. I'd love to hear from you!
