About Me

I combine my training in cognitive hypnotherapy and neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) with an intuitive heart and an inner wisdom, to help clients to find freedom, so they can start making more positive and healthier choices.

My Specialisms

Our unconscious is responsible for 90% of our behaviour, so when you find yourself doing things without thinking, or responding to a situation in a way you don’t choose – that’s your unconscious at play. Cognitive hypnotherapy works by ‘de-hypnotising’ you from your hypnotic state or trance, so you can take back control.

People come to see me for support with a range of issues affecting the way they think and feel, from stress and anxiety to negative behaviours, phobias and habits including smoking and binge drinking; as well as issues related to eating and food, confidence and low self-esteem.

I also teach HypnoBirthing® – The Mongan Method, which is the original HypnoBirthing course. A comprehensive antenatal education the course is designed to equip expectant parents with the tools and techniques to create a positive and calm experience, from pregnancy to birth and beyond.
