Maybe you’ve spent a lifetime feeling “different” without the words for it - exhausted by certain environments, struggling in relationships, or hiding parts of yourself to feel accepted. If you're neurodivergent, you might be seeking a space where you don’t have to mask or explain. Or perhaps you’re living with cancer - newly diagnosed or long-term - or supporting someone who is, while carrying the emotional weight alone. You may also hold complex trauma, shaped over time, not always easy to name. If any of this feels familiar, know this: there’s nothing wrong with you. Your pain makes sense. You don’t have to carry it alone.
My approach is relational and collaborative. I offer presence, deep listening, and space to unfold. Whether exploring trauma, illness, or unmasking neurodivergence, the pace will be guided by what feels safe to you. I use creative methods like sound healing, body awareness, mindfulness, metaphor, or writing.
