I am an Art Psychotherapist with a decade of experience providing a compassionate, reflective space for individuals to explore the deeper layers of their feelings, relationships and specific issues.

My approach is collaborative and inclusive, helping clients uncover patterns, build resilience, and embrace meaningful change.

Creativity is central to my work; I believe imagination and non-verbal expression can access emotions that words alone often miss. Grounded in attachment theory and systemic thinking, I work with a deep sensitivity to cultural differences and various factors—including race, gender, and class—that shape our mental health.

In addition to my clinical work, I offer supervision to trainees and qualified art therapists, with a particular focus on helping practitioners maintain a thriving creative practice of their own. I am a firm believer that the act of making art is a vital path to self-awareness and healing.
