In specialised charity settings, I have worked with neurodivergent clients and those who have developed PTSD in response to trauma. I have experience supporting individuals coping with bereavement, anxiety, depression, addiction, OCD and adverse childhood experiences.
Having spent ten years living abroad, in Asia and Europe, I bring an international perspective to my practice, which has given me a particular interest in cultural identity and belonging. This informs my specialist work with Adult Third Culture Kids, where I focus on challenges around identity, belonging, relationships, and the ongoing search for a sense of home and stability.
I am dedicated to upholding ethical and inclusive practices, welcoming clients from all backgrounds. I work with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds, genders, identities, and sexual orientations. Each person is unique and deserves respect and dignity.
